    The NCCP is a great website with many useful links and information. I was amazed by some of the statistics and charts/graphs provided about income and poverty. Given the information, it certainly impacts the demographics of our classroom which in turns changes the way we should view our children when they show up in our classroom each morning!

    I enjoyed looking at your additional resources. I really liked the teaching heart website. I think it is great to be able to utilize other teachers as resources and be able to bounce ideas off of each other. The teaching heart website provides opportunities for teachers to share and gain new ideas.

  3. I enjoyed reading your blog, I agree with many of the ethics you chose. It is important that we recognize that no two children are the same, not even twins. We have to meet each child were they are. I practice this by giving individual homework assignments.
